Pico Iyer an author born in Britain to Indian parents, educated in America (and England), and now living in Japan, married to a Japanese. I am reading The Lady and the Monk, and want to read A Beginner’s Guide to Japan, The Art of Stillness, and Video Night in Kathmandu.
Through his biography I discovered Pico della Mirandola, because Pico Iyer is named after him.
